Two Ladies & A Bucket: was started out of a need to support my family with some supplies in the back of my car and a desire to make my family proud of me! AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Note – Some soft sales are involved.

-Act as an initial point of contact for clients and leads.

-Answer questions and follow up on questions or concerns clients/leads have.

-Provide direct and timely interaction with clients via phone, and email.

-Continuously monitor and respond to incoming email in a timely manner.

-Assist with basic sales online, email and via phone.

-Assist clients with any issue regarding account status, billing.

-Assist with delivery of marketing pieces via mail and email.

-Enter and maintain a log of all client interactions and issues. This includes all support email interactions, phone calls, chats and any other issue related to our clients.

-Monitor and interact with company social media platforms

-Monitor review sites

-Support and encourage your team in any way possible.

COMPENSATION

$18/hour starting pay, if you have experience and can learn fast there is quick opportunity for pay raises.

Requirements:

1. Great attitude.

3. Excellent phone skills.

4. Good computer skills.

5. Competency with Microsoft Office products.

6. Be organized.

7. Pay attention to details.

8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

9. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

10. Ability to de-escalate and handle upset customers.

11. Experience doing research on the internet.

12. Willingness and ability to learn a new software system.

13. Knowledge on social media.

15. Have a valid drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
