Job Details:

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and
repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work
environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Team Member will be responsible for

• replacing Air filters on Refrigeration units for the plant. This Job
  will require working at heights above normal working surfaces and on
  the roof. This job requires working outdoors year around in all
  weather conditions. Position will include Maintaining all personal
  air units which may include washing filters and coils. Team Member
  will also be responsible for Maintaining Room exhaust systems.

Team Member will be trained to

• assist in starting Up engine rooms, process safety records and
  mechanical integrity checks. Must maintain the production line,
  hourly temperature/pressure log sheets, keep accurate records to
  help prevent any refrigeration downtime.

Team member must have electrical and mechanical skills team member must
be able to work and communicate with others while keeping product
standards and meeting production goals.

Job Requires:

Team member must not have 3 or more points.

Team member must not have any written warnings within the last 3
months.

Team member must not have any suspensions within the last 12 months.

Rehire Criteria:

Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum
rehire waiting period of 365 days (1 year) and are limited to 3 times of
employment.
