Job Description
The Financial Management team acts as a communication point to leaders across the Consumer and Business Banking Operations division as it relates to the annual budget and monthly forecast. This position specifically will support the Default team. The core responsibilities include variance analysis as well as maintaining a projection of future expectations for both the balance sheet and income statements. Active management of the income statement includes tasks such as the creation of expense accruals (ensures proper recognition of expense) and continuous alignment of the financials (i.e. hierarchy changes & historical financial changes). Communication is done both verbally as well as through the creation of various reports to illustrate key information. The Financial Management team works closely with the Finance Projects group to ensure all projects are accurately incorporated into the forecast.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools
Master’s degree, MBA preferred

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $88,910.00 – $104,600.00 – $115,060.00
