talech, U.S. Bank’s newly acquired point-of-sale company, is seeking a Technical Program Manager with demonstrated program/project management and leadership experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. The Technical Program Manager is a servant leader who overseas various large transformational initiatives within talech Program Management Team and helps drive collaboration across various delivery teams in the bank and its partners to produce a holistic plan tracking overall timelines, release and launch plan health and progress status, and dependency and risk mitigation to senior leadership.
A strong candidate will have solid experience with technology product and program management, cross functional team leadership, as well as exceptional business analysis, problem solving, cross team collaboration, communications, project/program management, and release management.
Job Responsibilities:
Leads and directs end to end lifecycle – planning, execution and implementation of the capabilities required for the product.
Identifydependencies, defines mitigations, manages risks and leads status review sessions with the project team and project stakeholders.
Partners with impacted teams to set end-to-end project milestones and identify timetables for intermediate deliverables. Provides oversight and leadership during project execution to ensure releases and launches are on target, align with milestones, and dependencies with other teams are coordinated successfully.
Ensures the proper processes are in place, product/feature is properly scoped, and owners are identified for postproduction activities.
Tracks and reports project progress to stakeholders and senior management. Constructs a program reporting and tracking framework and benchmarks.
Works directly with the Product Managers, Scrum Masters and other impacted Business Lines to understand business objectives and strategies related to project priorities.
Manages communications regarding project and program management practices that create clear, concise requirements in program and project functionality, resourcing, and timing.
Escalates issues and risks to appropriate level, using appropriate and sometimes multiple method of communication, depending on level of the organization required.
Leads selection and adoption of specific tools to facilitate compliance with established methodologies.
Facilitates technical and commercial discussions with project teams and helps align the team members with decisions made.
Be a driving agent for resolving all impediments to a successful release.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager with focus on technical/software type programs
Preferred Skills/Experience
Working experience in :
-Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority
-System development life cycle
-Experience managing Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
-Experience coordinating non-technical product launch activities
-Strong communication skills, oral and written
Extensive experience in :
-Document management
-Confluence and JIRA
Subject matter expert in :
-Project control and reporting
-Project planning and organization
-Agile IT project management

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $100,725.00 – $118,500.00 – $130,350.00
