In this role you will be providing the Community Operations learning and development program management team the support they need to run their learning operations and ensure that our customer support teams have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with internal L&D stakeholders to ensure execution of impactful learning solutions in EMEA
- Support the execution of large complex projects that can be across multiple environments and/or Lines of Business (i.e., Uber Eats, Rides, SRC, etc)
- Drive continuous improvement of our processes and learning solutions
- Track and report out on training completion and compliance in line with identified key business metrics
- Management of tasks and projects with competing deadlines
- Collaborate with Program Management vertical and key stakeholders on business priorities
- Draft communication plans for rollouts
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in L&D/people operations-based project management with a good ability to interpret data and gain insights.
- Proven experience (+3 years) working for a fast-paced company with complex organizational structures
- Experience in Learning tools (Learning Management System)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data and insights in an L&D or people-related role.
- Experience with customer ticketing systems/project management tools (JIRA/ASANA preferred).
- Experience with project intake/learning needs analysis.
- Management of operationalization and leading programs.
- Experience in creating and managing reports for tracking and reviewing completion of projects.
