Retail service Co. looking for dispatcher/tech support.

Knowledge in electric, HVAC, plumbing needed.

Work includes entering work orders, dispatching, dealing with national account customers, Overseeing tech’s and keeping customers updated.

Friendly professional demeanor

Relay essential information to co-workers and other departments as warranted

Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions

Update notes following jobs and increases

Basic Computer skills required

Maintaining files & Invoicing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Data entry

Answer company phone calls

Customer Support

Document all interactions with customers and service contractors, and follow up to ensure work is completed timely, accurately and within required customer service level agreements
