UCHealth Hiring for Contact Center Rep Associate – Call Center PC at Parker, CO Full Time

Summary:
Registers new patients, schedules appointments, transfer calls to appropriate personnel, and coordinates communication between business units.

Work Schedule: Full Time, (40 hours a week, 80 hours per pay period), Days

Responsibilities:
Registers and schedules new patients in electronic record system. Updates patient account information. Verifies insurance with vendors.

Consistently meets call quality standards as documented within the Patient Line Key Performance Indicators reports.

Serves as a resource for staff, physicians and community. Answers and routes marketing questions.

Schedules for one medical and/or surgical specialty, not exclusive of primary care.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Minimum Required Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
• Minimum Experience: None Required

The pay range for this position is: $19.10 – $24.83 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience. An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
