UCHealth Hiring for Donor Relations Coordinator at Fort Collins, Colorado Full Time

DONOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR

This position is a part-time (16 hrs/wk), exempt position on the UCHealth Northern Colorado Foundation team based at Harmony Campus in Fort Collins CO.

Job Duties

• Collaborates with staff to research and develop donor cultivation opportunities.

• Supports donor development by coordinating processes and activities related to stewardship, cultivation, events, volunteers and fund administration.

• Produces communications materials to support donor development across multiple mediums.

• Performs administrative duties, including preparing reports and data entry. Develops relations with staff to foster a culture of philanthropy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

Preferred

• Administrative experience in a healthcare environment

• Experience supporting a volunteer board of directors

• Experience in relationship management in a nonprofit or sales environment

• Experience in databases and the detail management of capital campaigns or complex projects preferred

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

The pay range for this position is: $22.54 – $33.81 / hour . Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.

An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
