Responsibilities
The Department of Statistics Core (DOMStat) is seeking to hire a part-time Student Assistant to assist with data entry, scanning, filing, copying, and related clerical/office tasks.
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to operate office equipment such as printer, scanner, copier, facsimile machine.
- Previous office experience.
- Experience working independently with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing skills and editing correspondence and written materials.
- Ability to multi-task under deadline, balance competing priorities and solve problems creatively.
- Knowledge of PCs, windows operation system, and related word processing and spreadsheet software (such as MS Word, Access, etc.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of documents.
