In the first 90 days you will:

• become comfortable with Wild Apricot, Airtable, Zapier and Typeform
• understand each in-person event type
• learn the our EOS method and how we work including our Vision, Value & Focus
• know our 10 year Goals in the Event space
• have your unique KPIs for a year

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

• You have at least 3+ years of experience as an Event Coordinator
• Your English is advanced
• You have Bachelor’s Degree with major in hospitality, event management, Marketing & Advertising or related area or equivalent leadership experience
• You are a skilled communicator skills both orally and in writing
• You have high emotional intelligence and excellent influencing, problem-solving and customer service skills
• You want to travel
• You love to work with the public
• You have strong analytical, organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• You are flexible with an ability to work to deadlines while handling multiple projects

As a part of the company, you will:

• Assist as a liaison with event vendors during the event planning process
• Assist in taking on varied logistical tasks around events and promotions, including food choice, coordination of graphics, signage for an event, AV, gathering requirements, schedule flow, and content planning
• Coordinate with internal teams, members, partners, and hired talent to develop presentations and programming
• Be the point of contact for partners registering for events and keep all partied on track to meet deadlines with successful outcomes
• Be responsible for partners on site experience and ensure that their expectations are being met.
• Assist in conducting initial and final inspections on the day of the of events
• Assist event director in assessing the overall success of individual events to submit final reports along with financial info to supervisors
• Assist in problem solving of pre-event logistics, operational details, on-site event management
• Assist with data collection and entry as it relates to the event expenses
• Help to develop desirable partner event packages and commit existing partners to preset packages
• Perform UI/UX exercises to enhance registration, pre-event, and post-event experience for members, guests, and partners alike
• Ensure that all event materials are proofread and tested prior to publishing
• Monitors industry contents and strategies to remain up to date and continuously improve strategies.
• Assist team in copywriting & UX of any member and partner facing materials

Salary & Benefits:

• Full-time job with flexible working hours
• Paid days off after 90-day trial period
• 1200-1600 USD gross monthly
• Compensation for travel per our travel reimbursement policies as required
• 250 USD per month reimbursement for relevant equipment related to events and regular work
