Duties:
- Be involved in duties within finance department
- Be involved in fixed assets management, creation of invoices, claims and handle arrears management for finance department by liasing with internal and external stakeholders
- Enter accurate data into the accounting system
- Be able to manage people. To work with finance team and to be able to liaise with internal and external parties like contract managers, auditors and bankers.
- To be competent in making invoice payments via cheque, T/T, giro, fast payment etc
- Be able to check monthly payments of petty cash claim, expense claim and other claims
- Be able to check supplier invoices
- Perform Fixed Assets Management, perform fixed assets count, fixed assets tagging
- Generate sales invoices and sales receipts
- To be able to learn and handle arrears management for finance department
