Job Summary (Purpose):
The primary role of the Delivery Quality Specialist (DQS) is to improve data quality while improving efficiency and productivity for Amerigas bulk and cylinder operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for data quality review and correction utilizing, data quality reports, trends, and driver feedback cases
Work closely with the Delivery Coordinators and Field Operations Teams.
Maintain, update & audit all applicable delivery data elements for Region Support.
Work within the team to complete data quality reviews and report on completion status
Maintain a professional image
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of AmeriGas business direction , organization, and culture
Aptitude for computer systems, including experience in Windows applications
Comfortable with navigating and working with ambiguity

Education and Experience Required:
Minimum High School diploma required
Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) should be at intermediate or above level
SAP experience strongly preferred
