About the Team:

UKG Global Alliance Marketing team is seeking a skilled and collaborative marketing specialist to drive internal and external awareness of our partnership with global systems integrator Accenture. This team works with a variety of partner types in the UKG ecosystem, including integrated solution providers and implementation and consulting firms. It’s important to show excellent attention to detail and be highly creative, leveraging storytelling skills and having advanced knowledge of B2B consumer and content trends.

About the Role:

This person will be responsible for developing and executing impactful campaigns that highlight the value of our partnership, better enable our sales teams, and increase customer and prospect engagement. The ideal candidate is an excellent copywriter and communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally with other UKG and Accenture teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the partnership team to understand business objectives, key audiences, and marketing needs

• Manage a quarterly marketing plan, incorporating new activities as additional marketing opportunities arise

• Leverage clear and consistent messaging tailored for different audiences, verticals, and geographies

• Create campaigns to promote joint offerings, thought leadership, and success stories across various internal and external channels

• Write, edit, publish, and promote partnership content, including blogs, articles, customer success stories, one-pagers, datasheets, presentations, monthly newsletters, social media posts, and other types of content as needed

• Maintain internal partnership communications channels, including intranet page and SharePoint site

• Source and coordinate event sponsorships and speaking opportunities, including webinars, aligning with our partner on topic, strategy, logistics, and execution

• Work cross-functionally with Accenture counterparts and other UKG teams, including field alliances, partner enablement, operations, sales, PR, and industry marketing

• Regularly present marketing updates to partnership team and solicit their input in asset development

• Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs

Qualifications

About You:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in partner, product, or corporate marketing

• Knowledge of workforce management and cloud based WFM software solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

• Excellent editing and proofreading skills; well-developed attention to detail

• Positive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks

• Strong capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines to successful completion

• Curious and creative mind with the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mentality

Colorado, New York, Washington, and California Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $59,000 to $75,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $67,850- $86,250 per year.
