International Trade Compliance Analyst

Position Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with import / export laws and regulations.

Carry out regulatory compliance projects. Communicate processes and procedures to team members.

Help drive compliance awareness.

Classify new products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.

Source and communicate government requirements for commercial documentation.
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree with a strong interest in international business / legal issues.
-
Import / export compliance experience a plus.
-
Understanding of global trade concepts and regulations (NAFTA, C-TPAT, etc.) a plus.

Strong analytical, technical and process skills.
-
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
-
Strong interdepartmental collaboration skills.
-
Available for travel to Uline’s domestic and international branches.
