Uline is looking for an eager, professional individual to join our team as an Office Attendant.

Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee daily responsibilities for Uline’s café.

• Receive, verify, and set up daily vendor food delivery.

• Order supplies and maintain inventory for café and facilities.

• Clean café tables and other assigned work areas.

• Reconcile daily café sales and report discrepancies to the Administrative Team.

• Perform multiple mail runs, collecting and distributing mail and packages.

• Assist with other Facilities tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience working with POS (Point of Sales) systems a plus.

• Friendly and professional demeanor.

• Organized and detailed.
