The Sales/Support Specialist will provide product and order management support, plus generate sales with uncapped commission on all orders taken via call-ins, emails and your book of business.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer inbound calls from customers within 3 rings
• Answer all emails the same day
• Respond to live chat messages within 10 minutes
• Facilitate phone orders
• Solve customer’s problems
• Assist walk-in customers in our showroom
• Process returns and exchanges
• Generate RMAs
• Engage with customers on our social media platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour
