Ultrasound Solutions Corp is currently looking for a Full Time Dispatch Administrator. In this position the candidate will organize, prioritize and equally divide the incoming customer service requests to available technicians. They will continually handle service requests from and to customers. The person in this position must be able to communicate with customers professionally and utilizes customer service skills to educate and assist customers in choosing appropriate services and products.

Summary:

Provide service excellence to customers. Continually handle service requests from and to customers. Utilizes customer service skills to assist customers in choosing service and products. Organize, prioritize, and equally divide the incoming customer requests to available Technicians.

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Provides excellent customer service.
• Prepare daily work and schedules for technicians.
• Prepares Estimates, Work Orders, Installations, and related items (loaners, Depot Repair etc.)
• Communicate service to customers, changes to schedules or any issues that occur.
• Maintain consistent contact with technicians to expedite job requests and completed work orders
• Run weekly reports and follow up as required.
• Record and maintain records of customer requests, services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
• Follow O.D. and E.O.D. Procedures
• Follow ISO 13485 Processes
• Learn and have a thorough knowledge and use of Service Management CRM system
• Work alongside the warehouse and service dept. in its day to day operations.
• Interface with other department as needed
• Be a team player
• Have the ability to work well with others
• Be able to work independently
• Must follow tasks through to completion
• Speak and write professionally and respectfully with customers, and co-workers
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel
