Answer the phone and transfer calls,
Call customers to collect payment and follow up on pass due invoices
Be sure payments to vendors are done on time
Keep track of Office supplies
Pick up and send mails
Assistance to sales department on documentation, quotes, etc.
Filing
Revise and process Service reports
Enter information in Quick Books
