Document and Communication Management: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, and calendar invites and meetings for the Executive of Film, ensuring important documents are properly scanned, filed, and distributed efficiently. Team Support: Serve as a reliable backup, providing seamless assistance to team members when needed, ensuring continuity and smooth operations across the department.
What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table: Education: A college degree in film, communications, or a related field, showing your dedication and passion for the entertainment industry is a plus. Passion for Entertainment: A genuine enthusiasm for being part of an industry that brings stories to life, eager to contribute and make a difference.  Relevant Experience: Whether through internships, freelance work, or other industry roles, your background demonstrates your ability to thrive in a multimedia environment.  Operational Know-How: A basic understanding of the nuts and bolts that keep the film department running smoothly, from organizing workflows to coordinating projects. Team Player: Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a positive attitude, fitting right into our family-like team.  The salary for this position is $18/hour, with eligibility for overtime pay.
