Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a General Manager Assistant to assist in managing the busy company. This role would suit a Graduate as no experience or qualification is required. Transitioning into a manager role would be considered for the right candidate. You would need to have a high level of attention to detail and be proactive. This role is fast-paced and varied but extremely rewarding. This role is based on-site at our Auckland office. 

Tasks & responsibilities

• Organising and managing documentation and other correspondence such as stock-taking and job orders etc.
• Keep up to date with communication channels by replying to email queries and management of inbox
• Ensure stock levels are well maintained by managing and ordering accessories and other materials as required
• Communicating with stockists and clients via email or phone
• Assist the General Manager to provide oversight of workflow and production status and reporting as needed
• Other daily tasks to provide support to the General Manager

Qualifications & experience

• No previous experience or qualifications required
• A high level of attention to detail
• Being proactive and able to work without supervision
• Problem solving and willingness to grow within the role whilst being curious and eager to learn
