Data Entry Co-ordinator (2 positions)
(10-week contract starting November 1, 2021; Full Time; based in Toronto)
The Donor Engagement & Administration (DEA) Team functions as the first opportunity to make a positive impact upon supporters who call UNICEF. The Data Entry Co-ordinator is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing all types of gifts and maintaining data quality and integrity within our Database Management systems. This role provides first-tier data importing, cleansing, merging, and general data maintenance for applications. The incumbent will also provide support to staff throughout the organization for gift-related inquiries.
The responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Gift Processing (80%)
Management of Data (10%)
Database Process Training and Support (10%)
The ideal candidate will have:
Due to the nature of this role, the incumbent will be required to work from the Toronto Office rather than remotely from their home.
Salary: $33,150 per year
