Essential Functions:
- Coordinates all communication (phone and radio) to/from pilots, airport departments, tower, ramp and guest service personnel, Operations Coordination Center, and aircraft fueling company in an accurate, professional and timely manner.
- Completes daily reporting [flight paperwork, logs and forms] associated to daily flight activity
- Completes all computer/system updates for departures/arrivals [times, delay coding and explanations], baggage/cargo, passengers and fuel.
- Notifies ground crew of flight in range calls.
- Prepares [prints] dispatch release, fuel order form, and weather brief / packets.
- Arranges fueling for aircraft as needed.
- Maintains all FAA and TSA required files for compliance auditing.
- Advises Ramp Agents as to the flight load baggage /distribution, when needed.
- Effective use of Skyspeed, Navitaire, and Go Now applications.
- Must possess strong communication skills and be computer literate.
- Must be able to sit for a long periods of time.
- Must be able to work independently, without direct supervision.
- Must be able to extend shift [hours worked] due to irregular operations when required.
