Main Purpose Of The Role

Main Responsabilities

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN SIMILAR ROLES:

• Plan and develop the brand strategy for market growth.
• Partner with cross functional teams, work directly with customers and plan a strategy that includes creative manufacturing solutions, channel strategies, planning route to market and develop a complete communication & marketing plan including local production of campaigns.
• Land projects in short-time frames with multiple customers with a mindset of creating strong future growth plans.
• Conduct brand and team stewardship, agency and cross-functional leadership and creativity.
• Coordinate brand P&L
• Align brand marketing strategies with CCD
• Make brand decisions according to insights and connections reports.
• Analysis of brand data (Nielsen, Kantar, Millward Brown, market trends)
• Brand forecast and S&OP follow up.
• Develop growth strategy.
• Lead on the pricing process of the brand
• Evaluate the launch of new segments/ platforms
• Execute communication plan
• Deployment of innovation Projects.
• Coordinate and lead brand activation and sponsorships

LEVEL OF EDUCATION NEEDED: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business, industrial engineering or a related field require.

• Ideally to have been brand assistant inprevious / current role
• Interns can be considered
• Ability to work with cross functional teams while working with and influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with demanding project schedules.
• An independent worker/self-starter, striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance.
• Display excellent influencing, communication skills towards stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills motivated to work in harmony with the team by showing a good “what-how” balance in delivering successful results.

• A high attention to detail, process-oriented, and a motivated self-starter.
• Understand the complexities of working in multiple teams
