Union Baptist-Harvey Johnson Head Start Hiring for Data Entry Clerk at Remote Full Time
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for updating customer accounts, updating accounting profiles, and handling all customer inquiries which may require troubleshooting customer issues. This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in breaking into the Accounting industry!
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DATA ENTRY CLERK:
- Assist with regulatory compliance matters
- Respond to customer inquiries in regards to account status, necessary documentation, and accounting deadlines
- Stay updated with service specifications to provide clients with proper guidance
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Proficiency with Quickbooks
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE DATA ENTRY CLERK:
- SAP experience is desired but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems is preferred
- Strong data entry and typing skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred

The Union Baptist / Harvey Johnson Head Start (UBHJHS), located at 1211 Druid Hill Ave., serves 80% of its families in the Upton Community in which it is located and other families in adjacent areas. The center has been in operation for 55 years and has been a strong component of the early childhood education initiative. Our services are conducted in a two million dollar ($2,000,000) state of the art facility for per-school children and their families raised by the Union Baptist Church under the direction of Vernon Dobson. It is the first church in the city to undertake such a task. As we grow the legacy of providing services to the community of Baltimore City we are growing in capacity. Our growth is allowing us the opportunity to employ individuals to our Union Baptist Head Start family workforce. These opportunities for employment include Janitorial Staff, Certified Pre-K Teachers, Lead Head Start Teachers, Assistant Teachers, Cook Assistant, Family Service Coordinators, Education Coordinator, and contracted Staff.
