Provide general sales support, administrative assistance, and client communication for the sales department.

Essential Duties:

• Collect and prepare all support documents for Sales Managers and verify accuracy of all documents, to ensure payment from bank Letters of Credit.
• Provide client communication for the sales and marketing department.
• Perform order entry and invoicing for sales and marketing department.
• Ensure that all domestic and export documentation is prepared and accurate as required for shipments.
• Track and maintain all internal freight documentation. Work with freight forwarder to coordinate and match appropriate documentation for export shipments.
• Prepare export documentation according to the specifications as outlined in “Letter of Credit” for banking purposes.
• Collection of data and preparation of quality analysis reports as requested.
• Provide administrative support for the sales and marketing department.
