The Opportunity
A rare opportunity is now available for a highly capable and strategic business leader to join the Unison Networks team in the role of Group General Manager People, Safety and Culture, based at their Hastings Head Office. This position sits within Unison’s Group Leadership Team, reflecting the seniority and strategic importance of this role.
Reporting to Unison’s Group Chief Executive, you will assume overall responsibility for the leadership and strategic management of a number of key functions for the Unison Group. These include Group Culture and Climate, Employee Experience, Wellbeing, Strategic Human Resources Management & Payroll, Health & Safety Management, and Learning & Development.
Leading a highly capable team, you will champion the development of a positive, productive, safe, diverse and inclusive Group culture that aligns with the Group’s vision and values. You’ll develop and implement strategies that enhance the Group’s employee experience and employment brand.
