Are you an experienced Project Manager? Can you deliver, apply new thinking from multiple disciplines and perspectives and create solutions for a more profitable, effective and human business for Unispace’s clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects and teams from cradle to grave with client service at the forefront
• Executing project delivery strategy
• Ensuring all monthly financial project reports are reviewed for accuracy and profitability
• Managing client and supply chain vendors (project-specific stakeholders)
• Adhering to health and safety
• Managing Project Managers, Assistants and Coordinators
• Managing programs/ schedules and controlling documentation quality
• Effective client communication throughout the delivery phase
• Leading the integration and collaboration of disciplines (strategy, client relations, business development, marketing & communications, design, project management) to enable the effective delivery of our Unispace methodology within projects
• Identifying and reporting risk where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices
• Project closeout
• Assisting with preparation and attending client pitches and presentations

Your experience:

• Excellent design and Build understanding. Commercial fit-out experience with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Office Fit-Out projects, ideally between $2-$30 million
• Client-focused mentality
• 9+ years of construction experience
• Knowledge of building code; regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards
• Construction planning, estimating, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Commercial awareness
• Knowledge of construction law and local practices
• Be comfortable pitching and presenting to new and existing clients
• Understanding of procurement routes; What Unispace’s target clients use, why they use them and how they are the same and/or different to our methodolog
