Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve our reputation and brand awareness.
Generate status reports on demand to keep your team up to date with progress reports.

Administrator Assistant Qualifications
Customer service, accounting or administrative experience is preferred.
A history of striving for deadlines and extremely organized
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a wide variety of personalities
Event planning – intimate and luxurious
Coordination of all travel itineraries – public and private.
Collect and unpack for travel
Ordering meals at home and on the plane
Buying tickets for events and shows
Shopping and making personal purchases for the principal
Maintaining and organizing emails, notes and all documentation
Labeling and storage of electronic copies of various documents
