United Infrastructure Group, Inc. Hiring for Administrative Assistant at Great Falls, SC Full Time

Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive/direct visitors and incoming calls.
• Make travel arrangements, coordinate activities, run errands, enter data, etc.
• Make short-term and long-term lodging arrangements for projects in coordinate with company lodging service.
• Manage/coordinate resources for office supplies and maintenance of office and grounds.
• Maintain utilization schedules for common areas, such as conference room, training room, etc.
• File/organize documents while maintaining accessibility for key staff.
• Prepare agendas, assimilate materials, and take minutes for meetings when needed.
• Assist HR Dept. with various admin functions as a back-up to HR Admin Staff.

• Direct onboarding and applications for walk-ins with recruiting assistance.
• Coach Bird Dog station when needed.

• Serve as Emergency Project Admin for Emergency Projects supporting Emergency Crews with purchasing and functional organization needs.
• Assist UIG Officers and CON-OPS Department Managers with admin functions as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, also (Bird Dog and COINS Systems).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self-starter and ability to work unsupervised.
• Team player and self-motivated to be successful.
• Periodic travel required.
• Legally able to work in the US.
• Hold a valid driver s license and meet company requirements to drive a company vehicle.
