After a visit from Ofsted in October 2017, the academy maintained its ‘Good’ grading in all aspects of the inspection framework.
About the role:
We are seeking to appoint a diligent and proactive individual for the position of Education Welfare Officer at Sheffield Park Academy. The Academy is currently second within our region for school attendance levels and we are seeking a candidate with the determination and tenacity to help us becomes number one.
We need someone with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in improving attendance. This role will suit somebody with ambitions to develop their career and their will be development opportunities working alongside members of SLT and the opportunity to line manage.
We will consider applicants form a range of education backgrounds, what is more important is your belief that all young people, regardless of their background, have the ability to achieve the very best.
