United Living Property Services is an ambitious business in growth mode. We have a great reputation with our clients for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services for their residents, and a recent contract win means we are looking for an experienced Administrator to support our site teams to deliver these services.

Based out of our Thame office, your role as Administrator will provide essential support on our day to day communications with residents who are impacted by our works. You will be instrumental to the successful delivery of our services, and add value through the following:

• Creating and maintaining robust office systems
• Ensuring that records are maintained and updated, and stored correctly
• Providing a range of general administrative duties which will enable the site teams to operate as effectively as possible

This is a brilliant opportunity for a skilled Administrator to join a busy team which relies on excellent administrative support to be able to function. The successful applicant to this role will:

• Ideally have worked in a site-based environment, providing admin support to a reactive repairs team
• Be able to manage multiple tasks at one time, under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Possess strong IT skills (Word, Excel etc) and excellent communication skills – you will be liaising with colleagues, our housing association partner and their residents – so will be able to engage at all levels
