UMG is an Importer, Manufacturer, Distributor of Artificial Flowers, Craft, and Seasonal Decorations with 30 years in the industry. We have a great opportunity for a full time Customer Service Clerk. We are seeking someone with a great personality that can carry out all required duties with the utmost attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• Customer service and sales

• Order entry, invoicing

• Assist showroom buyers

• Support outside Sales Reps

• Answer incoming calls

• Light Travel- Must attend to 2 Trade Shows 5 days each at ASD Market Week in Las Vegas in March and August as part of the Sales Team.

• Various general office duties

• Maintaining the Showroom

Requirements:

• Personable, enthusiastic, energetic and hard working.
• Self-motivated; ability to take initiative to complete tasks quickly and independently.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be Punctual and dependable.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
• Previous wholesale experience is a plus.

This is a Full-Time position, Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. This is a great opportunity in Customer Service for an individual who has an outgoing personality who enjoys dealing with customers, can multi-task and is willing to grow by trying harder and accepting more responsibilities.
