About the Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze operations metrics : Perform regular, proactive reviews of metrics to identify trends and determine where appropriate responses are needed.
• Learn expected patterns of activity for operations : Establish patterns of operations activities to identify anomalous activity so that you can respond appropriately if necessary.
• Alert when workload and / or operation anomalies are detected : Raise an alert to management when workload and / or operation anomalies are detected.
• Management reporting : Work closely with contact centers across the region on data collation and analytics for management update
• Enhance Operational Insights : Mine, develop and analyze data using predictive modelling/optimization/forecasting techniques to drive operational improvements and monitor outcomes

Job Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma holder
• Knowledge in querying and m ining raw datasets for analysis using SQL script
• Knowledge i n Qliksense (Reporting Analysis) , proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
• Data Story Telling – A bility to effectively communicate insights from a dataset using narratives and visualizations.
• Effective communication skills – Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
