Job Responsibilities
Develop a prospect marketing plan identifying high-value opportunities.
Work your plan by initiating outside sales calls.
Gather all pertinent information necessary to make a complete proposal for service, alarm, inspections, and tenant customers; containing accurate material/labor cost estimate.
Generate proposals to offer specifically defined cost estimates in clear and concise language.
Continual follow-up on proposals to close or until outcome is determined.
Maintain organized proposal information for proper and efficient transfer of all necessary documentation to the engineering department.
Utilize CRM to track, follow-up, and monitor all customer information and proposal activity.
Pro-active communication and customer interaction consistent with USA Fire’s stated Purpose/Mission/Values.
After closing hand off all necessary order instructions required to teammates.
Attend bi-weekly job meetings.
Conduct Project Manager functions as required and designated
Complete additional projects as developed and assigned by your supervisor or management.
Job Qualifications
Personal organization is necessary to meet deadline-driven tasks in a timely manner.
General computer knowledge and skills.
Working knowledge of fire sprinkler and fire alarm codes for system compliance.
Ability to verbally communicate clearly on job sites and in construction meetings.
Ability to safely navigate construction sites unescorted.
Willing to pass a post-offer drug test, background, and reference check
Ability to safely climb ladders and wear standard personal protective equipment as required by the USA Fire Safety Manual and OSHA on construction sites.
