This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of (8:30a – 5p PST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 10201 Mission Gorge Rd, Santee CA 92071.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Loads vehicles with medications/products for delivery
• Provides timely and accurate completion of deliveries in a professional and courteous manner
• Verifies receipt and provides valid signature for proof of receipt of all items delivered
• Processes any required paperwork according to established procedures
• Assists in maintaining a clean pharmacy environment by performing various housekeeping tasks
• Shreds paperwork for disposal
• Stocks pharmacy supplies
• Light computer data entry
• Various other duties as may be assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High school education / GED (or higher) OR equivalent experience
• Valid applicable state driver’s license, proof of insurance, and good driving record required
• Consistent access to reliable transportation for making deliveries within a 25-mile radius of the site
• Full-time availability from 8:30 – 5:00 PST
• Ability to travel 100% of the time
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional when dealing with team members and the public
• Previous customer service experience
• Delivery driver/pharmacy experience

Soft Skills:

• Ability to read and follow maps and directions to customer locations
• Professional when dealing with team members and the public
