So what personal qualities and experience are we searching for?

– Previous experience in a similar role (not essential but would be highly regarded)

– A mature approach

– Excellent verbal communication

– The confidence and the resilience to conduct outbound phone calls

– The ability to work independently

– Strong work ethic and time management skills

– Basic computer skills

Other requirements include:

– ADSL or Cable Internet Connection

– Dedicated Home Office

– Corded Computer Headset with Microphone

When do we call?

• Monday to Friday between 9am and 8pm
• Saturday between 9am and 5pm.

You must be able to commit to working at least 18 hours a week within these hours

Do we provide training?

Yes, training is mandatory and will be held for two days from the comfort of your home during business hours. More information will be provided if you are successful in obtaining the role.
