The Data Entry Clerk ensures all loads receive resolution by processing customer invoices. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Data entry and analyzing loads entered into the system
• Auditing and verifying invoices for accuracy and missing information
• Finalizing invoices
• Interfacing with company personnel to resolve billing issues

Our ideal candidate is extremely detailed and accurate. Other qualifications include:

• Time management skills
• Experience with Excel and MS Office
• Prior experience in an office setting is ideal
• High school diploma required
• Current students that can work full time are encouraged to apply!
