Universal Properties Limited, a division of J.D. Irving, Limited is currently seeking candidates for Custodians to work as part of a team responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the J.D. Irving, Limited head office location in Dieppe, New Brunswick.

Qualifications:
Education Required: High School Diploma
Must have custodian / cleaning experience
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to lift twenty-five pounds
Ability to work as a part of a team with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
Spot cleaning of hard floors and carpet as required
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of washrooms, meeting rooms, gym, common and office service areas, lunchrooms and touch points
Perform routine cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by the facility management team
Support special events as required
Adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone
