We wish to appoint to the Radiotherapy Clinical Education Lead post, a pivotal role for the development and support of our Radiotherapy staff.
You will be joining the Band 7 team, providing underpinning support and leadership in the development and training of our staff.Working with the clinical and technical leads for each area, you will ensure that staff are supported in the introduction of new techniques and services and that the ‘human factors’ inherent in all change are considered and managed for the benefit of the patients, the service and staff.
Working with the management team, you will be involved in wider service changes, advising on the education and training needs as our service evolves.
