Hours: 7:30a – 4:00p Monday – Friday
Provides direct administrative and operational support to daily work of department leaders and staff.
Effective meeting scheduling and management including calendar and time management.
Organization of meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and other materials.
Assisting with telephone, correspondence, and other communications.
Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as requested in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
Coordinates operational and special projects with internal and external customers.
Serves as a liaison to the department while providing administrative support for department initiatives to achieve department goals and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
High School Equivalent / GED required. 3-5 years of experience
Associates degree or 2 year college level education preferred.
Basic computer knowledge
PACs experience preferred
Travel may required
