Campus Life is a Service Division that supports an engaging and inclusive campus experience for students at The University of Auckland. Campus Life operates a range of ‘wellbeing services’, such as Accommodation, Counselling and Health Services, that are aimed at removing personal barriers to academic success. It also operates ‘engagement’ services such as support for student organisations, social and sporting events, volunteering and leadership support that are aimed at helping students to maximise the non-classroom dimensions of the university experience. Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Campus Life team at the University of Auckland. With our new, leading facility opening in July 2024 this role will be critical in shaping our service pathways going forward and creating a “wow” experience for all members walking in the door. Leading our team of front line Recreation Centre reception staff to deliver exceptional service you will be the go to person for rostering and ensuring the facility can operate all year round. You will also be dealing with a large casual staff pool where there is often recruitment, training and induction of new staff. Along with this, you will be supporting and developing our current staff.

This is a full time, 37.5 hours per week, on a permanent basis. The salary range for this role is $47,400 – $59,700 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
