In Applications and Admissions, we work to support potential students to have an enjoyable first experience with us as an organisation. Our services are delivered in partnership with faculties and supported by customer service and process governance framework.
A full time, fixed term opportunity for 12 months has come up in Applications and Admissions to act as an Admissions Services Coordinator (please note that this is the internal title used for this role). We are looking for a hardworking, team player with excellent organisational and communication skills, who can work well under pressure.
You’ll support essential administrative services in Applications and Admissions for applicants to be admitted to the University with key responsibilities in the processing associated documentation for university admission and maintaining records and applications pertaining to these tasks.
You’ll be the first port of call for answering and assigning queries, communicating with applicants regarding their applications and build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
The salary range for this role is $48,000 – $52,000. The role is fixed term for 12 months, and full time, 37.5 hours per week.
