Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing tactical and strategic administrative support activities, these may include, but are not limited to, payroll, managing calendars, prioritizing emails, activities associated with the budget process, answering phone calls from school administration, key record maintenance, purchasing UFIT uniforms, compiling data for reports, and other established administrative requirements from the CEO.
The ideal candidate will have proven stability and demonstrated excellence. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and unparalleled performance. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

· Minimum 2 years work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
· Prior non-profit work experience a plus.
