This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

In this role, you will be pivotal in accelerating and implementing the Educational Engagement Strategy and the University’s Access and Participation Plan, working in partnership with staff across the University, as well as with schools/colleges, young people and their influencers.
You will work to co-ordinate our successful Research and Study Skills programme, focussing on the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) and support for other related project-based qualifications. You will be responsible for delivering workshops in schools across the country and online to support students with these qualifications. You will also take an active role in developing the existing EPQ & study skills programme; promoting, co-ordinating, monitoring and assessing engagement, as well as assisting in the management of a trained team of Education Outreach Fellows (EOFs), who assist with the delivery of the Research Skills programme.
