We are seeking an organised and focused individual to join the Admissions Team. Reporting to the Head of International Admissions. You will be part of the Admissions Team responsible for processing applications for undergraduate and postgraduate study at the University. The role will be based within the International Admissions team, with some support to the UK Admissions team. You will be required to support application processing, respond to queries and communicate with applicants to the University via telephone and email.
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language. You should have experience of using major IT packages such as Microsoft Office and large scale databases, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, good customer care skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
