We are seeking to recruit a Student Experience Administrator to be a key member of the School¿s administrative team based in the School, assisting the Student Experience Team Coordinators and Team Leader. You will undertake general student experience duties, and though may be based in a department office, we require someone who is flexible and willing to work across different offices providing cover when necessary. This role includes potentially undertaking project work and contribute to timetabling, curriculum development and support department and school processes.
You should have experience of working in a customer-focused environment and delivering exceptional customer service to stakeholders. You should be computer literate with a thorough knowledge of key MS Office applications, web based and corporate systems and have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language with evidence of continuous professional development.
The post is to cover a period of Maternity Leave and is expected to last from 1 June 2022 until 31 May 2023.
