The Role

The University of London Worldwide is responsible for the design and development of our distance learning programmes and is seeking to appoint an Academic Projects Coordinator to join a busy Academic Project Management team responsible for managing the development of new academic programmes and products.
The Academic Projects Coordinator will work closely with our Senior Academic Project Managers, and the Associate Director Academic Projects and Programme Support, to support the successful delivery of project outcomes. The work will involve liaising with key internal teams and with senior academic and administrative personnel in the Member Institutions and other collaborative organisations.
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and in-depth experience of at least one major part of the student/programme lifecycle as well as experience of working across multiple projects. Due to the nature of project work the role requires a proactive and forward-thinking individual who can create and own processes for documenting and supporting the work of the Academic Project Management team.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however, will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
