Why Your Role Matters:
You will play a key role in delivering on an important strategic project within the UNSW Business School. Liaising with key stakeholders across the organisation, you will focus on building a framework for staff development and help us to move towards how education could be supported by staff in the future.
Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor the delivery of the Business Teaching Toolkit project to achieve strategic and operational goals.
- Effectively work with a range of academic teaching and professional staff in the Business Education Portfolio, Schools, AGSM, and Centres to ensure the project is aligned with strategic directions, discipline-specific teaching practices, other education-related projects/initiatives, business processes and end user needs.

Curate and develop teaching-related content, using an evidence-based approach and in close consultation with teams in the Education Portfolio and central units where applicable.

In conjunction with the Education Design and Delivery team, develop teacher training programs, components and resources to enhance and support staff capability building.

Oversee the development of new processes to embed the initiative and support the ongoing management of project deliverables and outcomes.
About You:
-
Demonstrated experience researching, designing and developing high-quality teaching-related programs, initiatives and resources in a higher education context.

Sound understanding of teaching practices, curriculum development, resource development and production, as well as current and future trends in learning and teaching.

Excellent interpersonal and consultation skills, including the ability to build and sustain effective professional relationships and work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced.

Demonstrated operational skills including planning, priority setting, and resource management, as well as excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines by using judgement and initiative.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands.
