This post supports the School of Education’s work in the broad area of Education and Teacher Development. The role holder will make a significant contribution to the MA Special and Inclusive Education on both face-to-face and distance learning courses. They will take on module leadership in relation to their expertise and will provide pastoral leadership as a personal tutor and dissertation supervisor for postgraduate students. The role holder may also work in other areas in the school, such as research student supervision.
Applicants must hold an MA/MSc in an area related to special and/or inclusive education. They should also have relevant work experience, experience of teaching/supporting students with special needs, or teacher education.
This is a permanent, full-time post of 36.25 hours per week. Arrangements for job share would be considered. The role is available from 1 August 2022.
