The School of Veterinary Medicine and Science are looking for an Administrator to join the Continuing Education Team, based at the Sutton Bonington Campus. You will work collaboratively with the School’s Continuing Education Administrative and Academic Team members to deliver teaching material to key timelines, whilst maintaining relationships with other University departments. The School is committed to an extensive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme, and currently offers two Degree Apprenticeship courses as well as a portfolio of practical and online CPD days.

The role is integral to providing support to the School’s Postgraduate experience, from application to graduation. Candidates should be able to work independently to a high level of customer service. The role will frequently interact with academic and technical staff and so strong communication skills are essential. Excellent IT skills are essential to enable core activities of the role including, but not limited to; course booking payment transactions, timetabling of rooms and teaching resources, monitoring attendance and feedback and scheduling termly tripartite meetings.

The post is offered on a full time (36.25 hours per week), fixed term contract until 31 October 2025. Job share arrangements may be considered.
